The nameplate and certificate for valve quality (with product model, test pressure and material composition in the certificate) shall be hung only after the valve has passed the pressure test and inspection at the later stage of production and before the valve is inspected out of the company. If the user does not conduct pressure test at the construction site, he can send personnel to our company to participate in the pressure test of our company's valves. After the valves pass the inspection, they can leave the company.
Before the valves are delivered to the place designated by the buyer, the company will conduct anti-corrosion and anti rust treatment on the valve surface. The anti-corrosion and anti rust materials shall meet the requirements of the local environment. The number, order number, devices and parts used shall be marked on each outer packing box. The packaging shall meet the corresponding transportation requirements and shall be implemented in accordance with the contract.
The company shall deliver the goods to the specified place in the manner specified in the contract: after receiving the notice from the user, the company will send engineers to the installation site to inspect and guide the installation. During the warranty period, when the equipment needs to be repaired or replaced, the company will send engineers to the site for technical support at the request of the owner.
The company has a professional after-sales service team to respond after receiving the after-sales and service requirements of users, and arrange special personnel to rush to the site for fault treatment, timely solve quality problems, and ensure the smooth production of users. Provide sufficient spare parts, spare parts and technical services for the quality problems caused by the valve during the warranty period.
Technical service after the warranty period: promise to carry out lifelong maintenance for the products supplied under the agreement and provide long-term technical service and technical support for users; After the warranty period expires, the spare parts required for equipment maintenance shall be supplied in time and only the cost of spare parts shall be charged.
